LISTING AGENTS


Are you getting less Listings?

• If the answer is Yes…This is the result of an action
Example: Prospecting less
Taking a No when a Yes is still possible

Is your Ego getting in the way of your doing more business?

DO NOT let your EGO convince you that you are better than you are
Saying…”I don’t have to work as hard in a hot market
Saying…”I’m having a great year, my business is up 25% over 2012

COLD HARD FACT

• If the market is up 30% and your business is up 25%…You are behind in your business and have experienced negative growth.

Look at your business. Are you truly experiencing growth or is your EGO making you believe that you are? Do not let your Ego fool you!

What can I do to ensure this doesn’t happen to me in a market that’s on the rise?

• Work Harder…in a good market or you will lose control
• Communicate…Communication is key. We have a communication issue not an inventory issue. Tell the buyers agents what you are listing      as soon as you get it in.
Chances are they will have it sold before it hits the MLS.

BUYERS AGENTS

How can you get more sales and make so many more people happy?

COMMUNICATE…We have the best prospectors on the beach. Are you taking advantage of that?
Prospect our listing agents. Walk up to every one of them and tell them what you need. Follow up with an email to all. Be persistent. It may    take a little time but they will get you what you need.
